This year, I was able to bring back a fun tradition for Team 4, that hasn’t been seen since 2019, which was reintroducing the Overwatch Community Holiday Tree. This activation sent out a call to action to our player base to send in their handcrafted decorations, greeting cards, letters, and fan art. Then, I received any physical ornaments or printed and assembled any digitally received ornaments and greeting cards, and then I decorated the fresh-cut holiday tree that was set up in the Team 4 studio lobby.
This also included filming and producing a YouTube Short video which showcased the ornaments received to our community. This video was captured on a Pixel 7 Pro and edited using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro software. Even the snowflakes you see were uniquely designed for this video. This was a really fun project, and demonstrates my ability to organize and produce community-driven content for the franchise.
